Toddler Make and Take
Every Tuesday in December from 1:00-2:00 pm at Jenkinsons Aquarium. $15 parent-child pair. $5 for each additional participant (adult or child) - includes all day admission.
A special "Mommy and Me" workshop for children ages 2-5 years.
Listen to a story, make a craft to take with you, and learn something new about animals at Jenkinsons Aquarium!
Pre-registration is required, call (732) 899-1659 to register. Critter Charades Saturday 12/4/04. 1:00-2:00 pm for ages 3 and 4 (with adult).3:00-4:30 pm for ages 5-8.$10 for adults and $7 for children. Fun and games with animals! Learn a penguin dance and make some noise in this fun-filled program!
Behind the Scenes at Jenkinsons Aquarium - Animal Trainer Tour
Sunday 12/12/04 from 9:30-10:30 am. Ages 7 and up. $10 for adults and $7 for children 7-12. It takes patience and skill to train a seal to salute and a parrot to talk. Meet a trainer, watch a training session and discover why enrichment toys are important to the well being of our animals at Jenkinsons Aquarium.
Penguin Encounters
Saturday 12/18/04 from 2:00-3:30 pm. For kids only - ages 5 and up. $10 per person. For kids only! Meet a penguin, up close and personal! Go behind the scenes and make an ID bracelet just like the one the penguins wear at Jenkinsons Aquarium..
